• Let it be what it be. = ปล่อยให้มันเป็นไปไม่ว่าอะไรจะเกิดขึ้น
• Let she come in the room. = ปล่อยให้เธอเข้ามาในห้อง
• Let the water flow from the water tap. = ปล่อยให้น้ำไหลออกมาจากก๊อกน้ำ

Let’s (Let us) = กันเถอะ ใช้ในความหมายชักชวน คำกริยาตามคำว่า Let จะเป็นช่องที่ 1 เสมอเดียวกัน เช่น

• Let’s go to see a movie tonight. = ไปดูหนังกันเถอะคืนนี้
